Camosun College Interurban Campus lies in the District of Saanich one of thirteen areas that form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. There are several beautiful green spaces to stroll around at the Interurban Campus. There are many fir, oak and arbutus trees that provide shade over picnic tables and benches. Concrete pathway, connect the various buildings, lead past these outdoor spaces. Over the years edible gardens in raised beds and fruit trees have been added to the campus; it opened in nineteen seventy-one. Its gardens and green spaces have some beautiful seasonal flower and plant display. This is a good place to make part of exploring the nature areas in Saanich. The property connects with the Technology Park and trails that lead over to Layritz Park. The grounds also include the Pacific Institute for Sport and fields. This is a good place to walk in your backyard.

You can get to Camosun College from the Trans-Canada highway. Exit on to Helmcken Road and cross over the highway onto Helmcken Road to head northward. Continue along as the road then turn left onto Interurban Road. Follow Interurban Road watching for signs that provide access to the College on the left. There are three smaller roads and well as Markham Road that provide access on campus. Alternatively, this green space can be accessed by continue north on Helmcken Road as it becomes Wilkinson Road. At the junction of Wilkinson and West Saanich Road turn left to reach Markham Road or Goward road. After you turn onto Goward Road turn immediately onto Interurban Road and continue to Camosun College.
