Timber View Green Space is in the Bear Mountain neighborhood of Langford, B.C. A forty meter long concrete pathway leads to a gravel footpath into Spirit Ridge Park. Frequented by hikers, walkers and dog walkers, the view from Spirit Ridge Park is to the east toward Mount Baker in Washington State, USA with San Juan Island, Saanich and Victoria in the foreground. Thetis Lake Regional Park forms the forested area seen below the parkland. Players Park, Quail’s Run Park, Spirit Bear Green Space, Nature’s Gate Park and Nichlaus Park and Deerview Park are nearby.

Timber View Green space can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway also called Hwy1. Turn at Millstream Road and turn left onto Bear Mountain Parkway. Continue along BMP to reach Players Drive. Turn onto Players Drive and take the first left onto Spirit Ridge Drive. Timber View is the next left just after the curve in the road. The trail is near the end of the road. There is limited parking along either road.
