This green space is formed by the meridian between Veteran’s Memorial Parkway and Millstream Road in the Mill Hill neighborhood of Langford, B.C. There is a twenty meter concrete pathway with a bench that connects across the landscaped and well maintained meridian. Crossroads Park, Savory Elementary School Green Space, Trans Canada Trail – Langford, Veteran’s Memorial Park, Mill Hill Regional Park and Windman Park are nearby.

Wagar Green Space can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway also called Hwy1. Turn at Millstream Road/Veterans Memorial Parkway and make an immediate left turn onto Millstream Road (parallels VMP). Continue along until the road turns left onto Wagar Avenue. The pathway is on the right and connects toward the shops and stores along VMP. City buses travel along Millstream/Veteran’s Memorial Parkway.
