Glen Willow Green Space

Glen Willow Green Space is in the Glen Lake neighborhood of Langford, B.C. This green space is an asphalt pedestrian walkway that is one hundred and fifteen meters long. It connects Glen Willow Place and Jacklin Road. The pathway is bordered by private fenced and chain-link fences on both sides. Arbutus trees, Douglas fir and small shrubs shade the pathway that ends in the small parking area along Jacklin Road. Glen Lake Park,  City Center Park, Belmont Secondary School Green Space, Galloping Goose Trail-Langford, Langford Lake Park, Leigh Beach Park and Glen Cove Park are nearby.

Glen Willow Green Space can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway also called Hwy1. Turn at Millstream exit and continue along south to reach the Veterans Memorial Parkway. Cross over Jacklin Road to reach Jenkins Road. Take the first left onto Glen Lake Road and continue as the road reaches a junction with Glennan Road and Glen Willow Place. Note that Glen Lake Road also connects with Jenkins Road further west. Turn left onto Glen Willow and look for the walkway between homes 945 and 942. Alternatively the footpath can be found between home 3100 and 3116 along Jacklin Road.   There is limited roadside parking this area. City buses travel along Jacklin Road.
