Blaney Green Space is in the District of Metchosin, a coastal community in the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. This easement between the acreages in the Duke/Albert Head neighborhood leads to a glorious view of the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the Olympic Mountains in Washington State, USA. Fences line both sides of the rough footpath. There is no access to the water from this site as the trail ends on an igneous cliff face. Witty’s Lagoon Park is nearby.

Blaney Green Space can be reached from the TransCanada Highway (Hwy 1). Exit the highway onto the Old Island Highway into Colwood. Follow the Old Island Highway as it becomes Sooke Road. Turn left onto Metchosin Road and continue along Metchosin Road to reach Duke Road. Follow Duke Road to the junction with Gilbert Drive. Turn right onto Gilbert Drive and park on the side of the road. The trail is across Duke Road and lies between homes 3841 and 3837. There is limited road side parking along Duke Road. City buses travel along Metchosin Road.
