The Metchosin Heritage School Green Space is in Metchosin, B.C. The green space hosts the original single room building that held its first students in eighteen seventy-two. This building was originally closer to the intersection of Happy Valley Road and Metchosin Road. It was moved to its present location on the corner of the school yard after residing behind its replacement for many year. The garden and fence were added over the past many years. While the building hosts collections of the school records and artifacts, the grounds hold several trees, shrubs and plantings to enjoy. Hillman Green Sspace, Happy Valley Green Space, Metchosin Bike Park, Metchosin Cricket Park and the riding green space are nearby.

Metchosin Heritage School Green Space can be reached from Highway 1 when you exit at the Millstream /Veteran Memorial Parkway exit. Head south along the Veteran Memorial Parkway to reach Latoria Road. Turn right onto Latoria Road and continue along to reach Happy Valley Road. Turn left onto Happy Valley Road Continue along Happy Valley Road to reach school building on the left. There is a small parking area. City buses travel along Happy Valley Road toward Metchosin Road.
