Carlton Cosh Park is in the District of Metchosin, a coastal community in the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. This ninety one hectare nature park was bestow on Metchosin in nineteen eighty five. A small creek flows between the creek and Kangaroo Road. There is a large shaded area perfect for an outdoor picnic. Spellman and Blinkhorn parks are nearby.

Carlton Cosh Park can be reached from Highway 1 when you exit at the Millstream /Veteran Memorial Parkway exit. Head south along the Veteran Memorial Parkway to reach Sooke Road. Turn left onto Sooke Road and continue along to reach Kangaroo Road. Turn right onto Kangaroo Road and then left onto Wallaby Drive Road. The park is near the junction of Wallaby Drive and Kangaroo Road and lies across from home 1543 Kangaroo Road. There is no road side parking along either road. City buses travel along Sooke Road.
