Lansdowne Green Space is in the seaside community of Oak Bay, one of the thirteen regions in the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. A unique outdoor art sculpture is featured in the waterfront green space. Created by Illarion Gallant the large artistically contradictory ‘Dream Window’ outdoor art projects into the air. There is a drinking fountain along the sidewalk that borders this green space. A pedestrian footpath leads through a thicket of blackberry and snowberry bushes to the rocky foreshore bordering on the Salish Sea. Overlooking Discovery and Chatham islands, a seven step concrete staircase leads to the large rocks that form the beach at Lansdowne Green Space. Uplands Park and Loon Bay Park are nearby.

Lansdowne Green Space can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway. Continue along the Hwy 1 into Victoria as it becomes Douglas Street. Turn off Douglas onto Hillside Avenue to head east. Stay on Hillside Avenue as it becomes Lansdowne Road. Continue to the end of Lansdowne and look for parking before reaching Beach Drive. The pathway is at the junction with Beach Drive. There is limited street parking on both Beach Drive and Lansdowne Road.
