Thompson Topp Park is in the seaside community of Oak Bay, one of thirteen areas of the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. This small park has a five street trees and a cedar tree. A bench faces the north east and would be a wonderful place to rest from exploring the Estevan Market area and neighborhood. Willows Elementary School Green Space, Lokier Gardens and Willows Beach Park are nearby.

Thompson Topp Park can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway. Continue along the Hwy 1 into Victoria as it becomes Douglas Street. Turn off Douglas onto Hillside Avenue to head east. Stay on Hillside Avenue, as it becomes Lansdowne Road. Continue along Lansdown Road to reach Cadboro Bay Road. Turn right onto Cadboro Bay and continue along to Thompson Street. Turn left onto Thompson Street and look for the park at the junction with Topp Road. There is street parking. City buses travel along Thompson Drive.
