Cochran’s Common Green Space is in the seaside community of Oak Bay, one of thirteen areas of the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. Located behind the municipal hall, this green space was named for Mr. W. Cochrane a former Municipal Administrator who had worked various capacities for Oak Bay since the early nineteen eighties. There are several picnic tables shaded by oak trees. The grass covered area is surrounded by landscaped shrubs. A concrete pathway leads to the washrooms in the lower level of the Municipal Hall. Brighton Green Space and Entrance Corner are nearby.
