Highview Mars Green Space is in the seaside community of Victoria, one of thirteen communities that form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. A sixteen meter wide grass covered area with a rough thirty-five meter footpath connects Mars Street to Highview Street. This is an excellent site for a possible community garden. Highview Park with a playground is across Highview Street. Highview Street Park and Mars Street Park are north along their respective streets. Summit Park is south across Finlayson Avenue.

Highview Mars Green Space can be reached from Blanchard Street. Turn east onto Finlayson Street and follow along until six blocks past Quadra Street. Turn left onto Mars Street and look to the right for the footpath to Highview Street. There is limited roadside parking. City buses travel along Finlayson Street from the University of Victoria toward downtown Victoria.
