Quadra Heights Park is in the seaside city of Victoria, one of thirteen communities that form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. About a quarter of a hectare in size Quadra Heights Park has great play equipment including a merry-go-round. There benches and a picnic table near the playground. The swing set with toddler and adult swings is set in a large sand area with the other climbing apparatus. The hundred meter paved footpath leads from the corner of Rutledge and Villance streets to Reed Street. A birch tree stands beside the paved pathway near Rutledge. The southern side of the park contains some lovely shade trees. The park is close to Topaz Park and to Reed Street Green Space.

Quadra Heights Park can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway. Stay on the highway as it becomes Douglas Street. Turn east onto Tolmie Street. Take the third right onto Rutledge Street. The park is on the corner of Rutledge and Villance Street. It is a short walk north along Rutledge to Rutledge Park, or pink elephant park, in the Municipality of Saanich or to Topaz Park, where the Finlayson artificial turf sports field is. A city bus travels along Quadra Street. Stoll west along Tolmie to Glasglow Street. Curve onto Villance Street to reach Quadra Heights Park.
