Rayn Or Shine Garden is in the seaside city of Victoria, one of thirteen communities that form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. An allotment garden in the Vic West community, Rayn Or Shine has nine raised beds. It also has several community or common beds and planters for perennial fruits and veggies. The garden is a wonderful place to rest with a very unique bench and picnic tables. This is a great place to include in your walk around the neighborhood of Victoria West and Banfield Park.

Rayn Or Shine Garden is at Banfield Park which can be reached from the Trans Canada HIghway. Continue along the highway as it becomes Douglas Street. Turn west onto Bay Street and continue across the Ellice Point Bridge. At the first lights turn right onto Skinner Street (a sharp right puts you onto Tyee Road). Skinner Street turns to become Craigflower Road a couple of blocks along. Banfield Park is on the right of the Craigflower Road as you reach Raynor Street. The Gardens are on the corner of Craigflower Road and Raynor Street. A city bus travels along Craigflower Road from downtown.
