Carmanah Place Green Space is in the community of Langford, one of thirteen communities that form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. This is a narrow linear area that is about ninety meters long in the Thetis Heights neighborhood of Langford, B.C. There is a gravel pathway that runs the length of the green space which connects Carmanah Place to Phelps Avenue. The route is lined by chain link fencing and grass. This pathway across from the trail to Thetis Lake Park on Phelps Road. Thetis Lake Park, Hansen Park and Gourman Park are nearby.

Carmanah Place Green Space can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway also called Hwy1. Turn at Millstream Road and continue to the log house pub and turn right onto Treanor Avenue and continue along the road to turn left onto Carmanah Place. The trail access is between 209 and 210 in the cul-de-sac and between homes 495 and 491 along Phelps Ave. There is limited parking along Carmanah Place and even less along Phelps Road. City buses travel along Treanor Avenue.
