Tacon Park is in the community of Langford, one of thirteen communities that form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. This park is a small grass covered area that is a service access area in Langford, B.C. It is found in the Thetis Heights neighborhood along a ridge above Mill Stream. Mill Stream, or Millstream Creek as it is often called, is the main waterway in a watershed that starts in the Gowlland Tod range of the Highlands and includes seven lakes and numerous ponds. There is about five kilometers of Mill Stream that lie within the City of Langford. There is a chain link fence along the ridge line that allows views down to the stream through the Douglas fir and cedar trees. The grass covered area is just large enough to toss a frisbee or ball for your pet. The park is appears to be the backyard of the home on the corner of Tacon and Bellamy roadways. Bellamy Park TCH is to the south. Sunkist, Hansen, Gourman and Thetis Lake Park are nearby. Selwyn Trail lies on the opposite bank of Mill Stream.

Tacon Park can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway also called Hwy1. Turn onto Millstream Road and continue to Treanor Avenue where the log house pub is on the corner. Turn right onto Treanor Avenue and continue along to turn right on to Bellamy Road. Continue along Bellamy Road to Tacon Place. There is access between homes 2360 and 2363 as well as from Bellamy Road. There is limited parking along Bellamy Road. City buses travel along Bellamy Road and Treanor Avenue.
