The Bear Mountain Parkway Park in Langford, B.C., which is one of thirteen communities that form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. This park is bordered by several parks. This one, called Bear Mountain Park is across from Player’s Drive. BMP Park is about a half hectare in size with areas of exposed metamorphic bedrock, mosses, lichen and several tall cedar trees. Shrubs like salal, snow berry and oceanspray are also seen here. The slope is steep with a bluff at about one hundred and ninety seven meters. The sidewalk along BMP has the two kilometer marker near the upper section of the park. There is a bench along the sidewalk on the lower section of this park. The park borders along the Highland District. Players Park, Spirit Ridge Park, Skyline Park, Bishops Gate Park, Stone Gate Park and Blue Grouse Plateau Park are nearby.

Bear Mountain Parkway Park can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway also called Hwy1. Turn at Millstream Road and turn left onto Bear Mountain Parkway. Continue along BMP to reach Players Drive. Look for pedestrian cross walk to reach the north side of the parkway. There is a small pullout, for maybe three cars to park along BMP.
