The two and half hectares of Players Drive Park is stretched over a long area in Langford, B.C. A concrete walkway leads into the parkland from the sidewalk along Players Drive. The walkway is near the postal boxes. A gravel trail continues up into the second growth forest composed of Douglas fir, cedar and arbutus trees. The route heads up hill though ocean spray, salal, snowberry and broom shurbs. Gardner Creek starts along the slopes of Players Park and flows toward Mill Stream via Blue Grouse Plateau Park, BMP Green Space, Stone Gate Park, Setchfield Park and Lake Ida Ann Park. Mill Stream, or Millstream Creek as it is often called, is the main waterway in a watershed that starts in the Gowlland Tod range of the Highlands and includes seven lakes and numerous ponds. The trail leads to a Players Drive Green Space which is between homes 2228 and 2232. Scotch broom has taken over the areas where the soils were disturbed. Spirit Ridge Drive, Quail’s Run Park, Blue Grouse Plateau Park, Nature’ Gate Green Space, Nichlaus Park, Rockhampton Park and Rockhampton Nichlaus Green Space are nearby.

Players Drive Park can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway also called Hwy1. Turn at Millstream Road and turn left onto Bear Mountain Parkway. Continue along BMP to reach Players Drive. Turn left onto Players Drive and look for the park on the right after passing the junction with Spirit Ridge Drive. There is limited parking along Players Drive.
