Foreman Heights Park

Foreman Heights Park is in the seaside community of Sooke, one of thirteen communities that form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. This quarter of a hectare park has grass covered area and forested area. This park is frequented by dog walkers. This is a good place to walk in your back yard.

Foreman Heights Park can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway. Take the Langford Parkway exit and follow along to reach Sooke Road (Hwy 14). Follow highway 14 to Otter Point Road. Turn right onto Otter Point Road and continue along the roadway to reach Foreman Heights Drive. Turn left onto Foreman Heights Drive and continue to the curve to the left as the road becomes Mountain Heights Drive. The park is on the left near this junction. There is limited parking in this area. City buses travel along Sooke Road.
