Mountain Heights Park is in the seaside community of Sooke, one of thirteen communities that form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. This park has forest cover and a gravel walking trail that connects to Bentley Place. This is a good place to walk in your back yard.

Mountain Heights Park can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway. Take the Langford Parkway exit and follow along to reach Sooke Road (Hwy 14). Follow highway 14 to Otter Point Road. Turn right onto Otter Point Road and continue along the roadway to reach Foreman Heights Drive. Turn left onto Foreman Heights Drive and continue past the curve to the left. The park is on the right just past Valleyview Place. There is limited parking in this area. City buses travel along Sooke Road.
