Brooks Road Park is in the seaside community of Sooke, one of thirteen communities that form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. This park host some tall Douglas fir trees and a small grass covered area. Known as Pirate Ship Park, there is a large play structure in the parkland that is shaped like a large ship. The colorful structure has slide and climbing apparatus. This park covered one tenth of a hectare and makes for a good place to walk in your back yard.

Brooks Road Park can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway. Take the Langford Parkway exit and follow along to reach Sooke Road (Hwy 14). Follow highway 14 to Otter Point Road. Continue along Highway 14 as it becomes West Coast Highway to reach Brooks Road. Turn right onto Brooks Road and look for the park on the left. There is limited roadside parking in this area. City buses travel along Sooke Road.
