Spartree Way Park is in the seaside community of Sooke, one of thirteen communities that form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. This two hundred meter long foot path leads up the side of a hill to view point. The view is to the south over the Strait of Juan de Fuca. A bench is located at the top of the trail. The trail itself is a wood chip trail with three sets of ten-step wooden staircases. The forest area is cedar and ferns with rock cliff faces. This is a wonderful area to walk in your backyard.
