Otter Point Place Green Space is in the seaside community of Sooke, one of thirteen communities that form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia and is part of the Juan De Fuca Electoral District Parkland. The road is the green space to explore while the turnabout of the roadway has terrific blue and white bench for soaking in the views of the Olympic Mountains of Washington State and the waters of the Strait of Juan de Fuca.

Otter Point Place Green Space can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway. Take the Langford Parkway exit and follow along to reach Sooke Road (Hwy 14). Follow highway 14 to Otter Point Road. Turn right onto Otter Point Road and continue along the roadway to reach Otter Point Place. Follow to the end of the road. There is parking in this area near the blue and white bench. City buses travel along Sooke Road.
