
Cascade Green Space lies in the municipality of Central Saanich, one of the thirteen which form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. With views of the Cascade Coastal Mountains, notably Mount Baker, in Washington State, USA, this green space is good spot for a break. Located on the Saanich Peninsula of Vancouver Island, this green space views of the rocky shores of Bazan Bay and James Island. The green space is surrounded by private properties. This is good place to walk in your backyard as the Lochside Regional Trail – Central Saanich passes by this green space.

Cascade Green Space can be access from the Patricia Bay Highway, Highway 17, which heads north from the Trans-Canada Highway, Hwy 1. Exit Highway 17 right onto Mount Newton Cross Road and turn left immediately onto Lochside Drive. Continue along Lochside Drive to reach Cascade Avenue. There is limited parking along this road. City busses travel along Lochside Drive.
