Blossom Park

Blossom Park is in the municipality of Central Saanich, one of the thirteen which form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. Located on the Saanich Peninsula of Vancouver Island, this half a hectare park is a nonagonal shaped grass covered area with a playground. The park is surrounded by the fences of the neighboring properties. Several tall Douglas fir, Garry oak and big-leaf maple trees are seen here. The park can be accessed from Wallace Drive, Grieve Crescent, Genoa Place, East Saanich Road and Blossom Park Place. This is a good place to walk in your back yard.

Blossom Park can be reached from the Trans-Canada Highway, Highway One. Exit on to Mackenzie Avenue to reach Highway 17, the Pat Bay Highway.  Continue along Highway 17 to reach Mount Newton Cross Road. Turn left onto Mount Newton Cross Road and follow along to reach Wallace Drive. Turn left onto Wallace Drive and continue along to Prosser Road. Turn left onto Prosser Road. Turn left again onto Blossom Park Place and look for the Park access between homes 7635 and 7643. There is limited roadside parking.
