Clarke Road Green Space is in the municipality of Central Saanich, one of the thirteen which form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. Located on the Saanich Peninsula of Vancouver Island, this green space provides access to the shores of Saanich Inlet and the ocean waters of the Salish Sea. This green space has driveway trail from the roadway that leads down to left to reach the mud and rock beach. This is a good place to watch the boats and the waters of the Brentwood Bay. This is a good place to walk in your backyard.

Clarke Road Green Space can be reached from the Trans-Canada Highway, Hwy 1. Exit onto McKenzie Avenue and follow along to exit onto Highway 17, Pat Bay Highway. Follow Hwy 17 to exit to the left onto Island View Road. Follow Island View to East Saanich Road. Turn right onto East Saanich and then make a left to turn onto Stelly’s Cross Road. Continue along Stelly’s Cross Road to reach West Saanich Road. Turn left onto West Saanich Road. Follow West Saanich Road to reach Clarke Road. Turn right onto Clarke Road and continue to the end. A short footpath connects to Brentwood Drive. The trail to the beach is immediately across the road and is marked with beach access post. There is limited parking in these areas.
