Hagan Park is in the municipality of Central Saanich, one of the thirteen which form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. Located on the Saanich Peninsula of Vancouver Island, this nature park protects the mid- reach section of Ravine Creek. Ravine Creek watershed starts near Bayside Middle School property and flows though Hagan Park and onto Ravine Park into Brentwood Bay and the Saanich Inlet. This small park has cedar and fir trees as well as thick understory bushes of ocean spray, snow berries and a few ferns. This is a good place to walk in your back yard.

Hagan Park can be reached from the Trans-Canada Highway, Hwy 1. Exit onto McKenzie Avenue and follow along to exit onto Highway 17, Pat Bay Highway. Follow Hwy 17 to exit to the left onto Island View Road. Follow Island View to East Saanich Road. Turn left onto East Saanich Road to reach Stelly’s Cross Road. Turn left onto Stelly’s Cross Road and follow to West Saanich Road. Turn left onto West Saanich Road and follow along to Hagan Road. Turn right onto Hagan road and look for the park on the left about two homes along the road. There is a road side barrier along the park. There is limited parking in this area.
