Oak Haven Park is in the municipality of Central Saanich, one of the thirteen that form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. Located on the Saanich Peninsula of Vancouver Island, this park has a road way access to water reservoir for the community. A small foot path continues to the summit. The view is to the north west across the Saanich Inlet and Brentwood Bay. This Garry Oak preservation area is close to Gore Park. The park has many Garry oak trees and small shrubs. There is a bench at the hill top vista. This is good place to walk in your back yard.

Oak Haven Park can be reached from the Trans-Canada Highway, Hwy 1. Exit onto McKenzie Avenue and follow along to exit onto Highway 17, Pat Bay Highway. Follow Hwy 17 to exit to the left onto Keating Cross Road. Continue along, Keating Cross Road, past West Saanich Road, as Keating Cross Road becomes Benvenuto Avenue. Look for the discrete parking area on the left after passing Knott Way on the right. There is a small parking lot.
