Peatt Green Space is in the downtown area of Langford, B.C. This green space has a large arbutus tree and small grass covered area next to the paved parking area for commuters. A covered bicycle parking spot is located here too. Sunderland Peatt Green Space, Arnote Park, Sunderland Deville Green Space, Porcher Park and Peatt Fire Hall Green Space are nearby.

Peatt Green Space can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway also called Hwy1. Turn at Millstream Road/Veterans Memorial Parkway and head south to reach Goldstream Avenue. Turn right onto Peatt Road and then make the first right turn as the green space is on the northwest corner of these roads. There is limited roadside parking this area. City buses travel along Goldstream Avenue and Veteran’s Memorial Parkway.
