Sunderland Peatt Green Space

Sunderland Peatt Green Space is in the downtown area of Langford, B.C. This green space forms the eighty meter long pedestrian pathway that connects Sunderland Avenue with Peatt Road. Sunderland Peatt Green Space, Arnote Park, Sunderland Deville Green Space, Porcher Park and Peatt Green Space are nearby.

Sunderland Peatt Green Space can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway also called Hwy1. Turn at Millstream Road/Veterans Memorial Parkway and head south to reach Goldstream Avenue. Turn right onto Peatt Road and take the first right to park in the Peatt Green Space parking area. The trail is between homes 2626 and 2630 Peatt Road where there is limited roadside parking. City buses travel along Goldstream Avenue and Veteran’s Memorial Parkway.
