Wellness Park is in Sidney, one of thirteen communities that form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. This park has a walking and fitness circuit that provides an out of doors workout that is close to the communities main commerce areas along Beacon Avenue. The Sidney Community Wellness Park is next to the Rose Garden and both are close to the library. The Wellness Park fitness circuit has eleven stations each with information on their usage. I’d encourage you to try out the Tai Chi Wheels, the Stepping Stones or the Balance Beam Stepper. This place is useful for everyone no matter what your fitness level. After an invigorating workout you could cool down by wandering along the pathways of the Rose Garden. The playground at Sidney Elementary School Green Space is along Henry Avenue. Swiftsure Park, Mills Green Space, Fifth Street Green Space and Roberts Bay Ecological Reserve are nearby.
