Frost Park is in the seaside community of Sidney, one of thirteen communities that form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. This is a small neighborhood park in Sidney’s waterfront residential neighborhood. There are both forested and grassy areas to enjoy. While this park borders on the Pat Bay Highway the vegetation and fencing muffle the sight and noise. This is a dog friendly park. The park is close to both Peter Grant Park and Greenglade Green Space although the Pat Bay Highway will need to crossed. A culvert/tunnel for Reay Creek is nearby. Maryland Park, Lochside Waterfront Park and Tulista Park are eastward along Frost Avenue.
