Blanchard Street Green Space

Blanchard Street Green Space is in the seaside community of Victoria, one of thirteen communities that form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia.  On the edge of the Quadra Hillside area of the City of Victoria, this triangular space is a treed grassy area that extends along Blanchard Street toward Tolmie Avenue. There is a rough trail under the alder and pine trees beside some rocky outcrops. The eastern side of this green space is bordered by an interesting mix of aging fences of the adjacent homes. A sidewalk next to Blanchard Street forms the western side. The concrete building of Mayfair Mall is across the double lanes of Blanchard Street where there are some terrific shopping to be had.
