Mason Street Farm Green Space is in the city of Victoria, one of thirteen communities that form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. This amazing green space is similar to the allotment gardens in Victoria, but the added difference that this is a private alternative agriculture enterprise that is using technology to boost their produce production. This would be the place to see if you have an interest in cultivating an edible garden using a green house aquaponics and learning about crop rotation, seeding, beekeeping and other techniques. They sell their products at their market next to the garden. The green space is about a thousand square meters, a quarter of an acre, and has limited access. Mason Street Park and St Andrews Elementary School Green Space are across the road.

Mason Street Farm Green Space can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway. Continue along the highway as it becomes Douglas Street. Turn east onto Johnson Street and turn left onto Vancouver Street continue one block past Pandora Avenue. The green space lies along Mason Street where there is some roadside parking. There is better access off of Balmoral Street which the farmed land also borders along. A city bus travels along Cook Street between downtown and Broadmead/Royal Oak in the Municipality of Saanich.
