Haley Rae Place Park is in the community of Langford, one of thirteen communities that form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. A gravel seventy meter long pedestrian pathway connects Haley Rae Place with Thetis Lake Park and trails in Langford , B.C. The pathway is bordered by wood fences on both sides. The pathway leads down a steep gravel trail to the Phelps Trail of Thetis Lake Park and is popular with local dog walkers, hikers and runners. Salal carpets the forest floor beneath the Douglas fir trees once you reach Thetis Lake Park. Kestrel Rason Green Space, Bellamy Park, Peacock Place Green Space, Goldie Park, Millstream Creek Trail and Gourman Park are nearby.

Haley Rae Place Park can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway also called Hwy1. Turn at Millstream Road and continue to the log house pub and turn right onto Treanor Road and left onto Bellamy Road. Turn right onto Gourman Place then take the first left onto Haley Rae Place. The pathway is between homes 2023 and 2029. City buses travel to Bellamy Road and Phelps Avenue.
