At almost a hectare in size, the polygonal shaped Gourman Park shares its east border with Thetis Lake Regional Park. It is also shares it perimeter with several single family homes in this Thetis Heights neighborhood of Langford, B.C. There is a trail that connects with the Phelps Road Trail in Thetis Lake Park and then up to a small parking area off Phelps Road. There are several coniferous and deciduous trees in this park as well as a lovely grove of arbutus trees. Himalayan blackberries (Rubus armeniacus) and scotch broom (Cytisus scoparius) found along the steep slopes of the parkland. Kestrel Rason Green Space, Thetis Lake Park, Haley Rae Place Green Space, Peacock Place Green Space, Goldie Park, Millstream Creek Trail and Bellamy Park are nearby.

Gourman Park can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway also called Hwy1. Turn at Millstream Road and continue to the log house pub and turn right onto Treanor Road then left onto Bellamy Road. Take the second right onto Gourman Place and continue to the end of the road.
