Millstream Bear Mountain Green Space is in the community of Langford, one of thirteen communities that form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. At the junction of Millstream Road and Bear Mountain Parkway is a small green space. The area has a brick circle and a couple benches with a perimeter of small shrubs and grasses. This green space marks the start of the Bear Mountain area and is a good spot to start a stroll up Skirt and Bear Mountains. The sidewalk parallels the parkway to the Bear Mountain Resort which is about three kilometers up the mountain side. The walkway has distance markers every five hundred meters. Bear Mountain is about three hundred meters high which makes this a steep walk. This is good place to start a hike up the mountain and to explore your backyard. Sparrow Court Green Space, Goldie Trail, Goldie Park, All Fun Recreation Green Space, Setchfield Park, Gannet Court Green Space, Harrow Gate Park, Bishop Gate Park and Alton Park are nearby.

Millstream Bear Mountain Green Space can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway also called Hwy1. Turn at Millstream Road and turn left onto Bear Mountain Parkway. The green space is beside the intersection of these two roads. There is limited parking along either roadway although parking might be found off several of the side streets. City buses travel along Millstream Road to the All Fun Recreation Park and Westshore Speedway parking lot.
