A small forested oasis forms Deerview Park in the Bear Mountain neighborhood of Langford, B.C. With a view point to the southeast, a bench provides a place to rest near the intersection of Spirit Ridge Drive and Deerview Place. The park is partially landscaped with grass and several trees. In behind the bench is a small second growth forest that covers most of the one third of the hectare area that forms the parkland. This park is on a ridge of Miniskirt Mountain near Bear Mountain. Spirit Ridge Park, Quail’s Run Park, Bear Spirit Green Space, Players Park and Nature’ Gate Park are nearby.

Deerview Park can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway, also called Hwy1. Turn at Millstream Road and turn left onto Bear Mountain Parkway. Continue along BMP to reach Players Drive. Turn left onto Players Drive then right onto Spirit Ridge Drive. Continue along Spirit Ridge Drive to reach Deerview Place. Turn right onto Deerview Place and look for the park at the corner. There is limited parking along Deerview Place.
