Rivers Edge Green Space is in the seaside community of Sooke, one of thirteen communities that form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. An asphalt pedestrian walkway allows access from this quiet Sunriver neighborhood to Phillips Road. The one hundred meter trail access from Philips Road near the parking area for the Sunriver Nature Trail Park. It is about a half kilometer walk to the Sooke River. The green space is lined with grasses, rocks and fences of the bordering properties. This is a good place to include as a walk in your back yard.

Rivers Edge Place Green Space can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway. Take the Langford Parkway exit and follow along to reach Sooke Road (Hwy 14). Follow highway 14 to Phillips Road. Turn right onto Phillips Road and continue along to Sunriver Way. Turn left onto Sunriver Way then left onto DeMamiel Drive. Continue along to turn left onto DeMamiel Place and right onto River Edge Place. Look for the trail beside houses 2318. and 2306. City buses travel along Sooke Road and Phillip Road.
