Sunriver Community Gardens Green Space is in the seaside community of Sooke, one of thirteen communities that form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. Established in two thousand and nine, the one hectare area containing the community garden area was previously farmed as the Phillips Farm. The gardens are leased to tenants and have limited public access. The main area is a large circular shape separated into pods and plots. There are additional raised garden beds, a healing garden and wetlands garden as well as several fruit trees. The trail between the gardens makes for an interesting walk in your backyard. Seasonal produce is sold at the local market places.
