Shambrook Green Space is in the seaside community of Sooke, one of thirteen communities that form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. There is a hundred meter long gravel pathway that connects to Sunriver Nature Trail Park from Shambrook Drive. A second trail from the end of Shambrook Drive also leads into the parkland. This green space is near the Sooke River. This is good place to access the parkland for a walk in your back yard.

Sunriver Community Gardens Green Space can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway. Take the Langford Parkway exit and follow along to reach Sooke Road (Hwy 14). Follow highway 14 to Phillips Road. Turn right onto Phillips Road and continue along to Shambrook Drive. There is small parking area on the right before the gate for the River Estates neighborhood homes. The pathway starts near the parking spaces. City buses travel along Sooke Road and Phillips Road.
