Poplar Green Space is in the seaside community of Sooke, one of thirteen communities that form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. Composed of three short pathways this green space connect Sunriver Stormwater Pond and Trail Park to DeMameil Creek Park. The length of the pathway between the houses is about thirty five meters and are composed of gravel. They are bordered by the fences of the neighboring properties. This is good place to start a walk in your back yard.

Poplar Green Space can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway. Take the Langford Parkway exit and follow along to reach Sooke Road (Hwy 14). Follow highway 14 to Phillips Road. Turn right onto Phillips Road and continue to SunRiver Way. Turn left onto Sunriver Way and look for the green space at the white lined pedestrian crossing near 2388 and 2386 Sunriver Way. City buses travel along Sooke Road, Phillips Road and Sunriver Way.
