Deerlope Park

Deerlope Park is in the seaside community of Sooke, one of thirteen communities that form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. Within this one hectare park is a rough foot path through a second growth forest. Stroll under the hemlock, cedar fir and maple trees. Take in the size of the stumps of the previously dominate trees of the area. Enjoy the tranquility that comes from walking among the trees, ferns and snow berry bushes. This is a good place to walk in your back yard.
