Possession Point Park is in the seaside community of Sooke, one of thirteen communities that form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. This park is at the end of Possession Point Road and overlooks Sooke Harbour. There is small beach that can be accessed from the end of the roadway. The mud and rock beach is a best a lower tide. This is a good place to walk in your back yard.

Possession Point Park can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway. Take the Langford Parkway exit and follow along to reach Sooke Road (Hwy 14). Follow highway 14 through Sooke to reach the West Coast Road. Continue along the West Coast Road to turn left onto the Whiffin Spirt Road. Follow Whiffen Spit Road to Dufor Road and turn left onto Dufor Road. Turn right onto Possession Point Road and continue to the end. There is limited parking. City buses travel along the West Coast Road.
