West Coast Road Shoreline Green Space

West Coast Road Shoreline Green Space is in the seaside community of Sooke, one of thirteen communities that form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia and is part of the Juan De Fuca Electoral District Parkland. This is a ocean shore line is a great spot to enjoy the Strait of Juan de Fuca waters. The green space looks across to the Olympic Peninsula of the State of Washington in the United States. It is a good place to walk in your back yard..

West Coast Road Shoreline Green Space can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway. Take the Langford Parkway exit and follow along to reach Sooke Road (Hwy 14). Follow Highway 14 as it becomes West Coast Road. Look for the beach access sign along the highway shortly after passing the marina. There is limited parking in this area. City buses travel along Sooke Road and the West Coast Road infrequently.
