
St Stephen Anglican Church and Cemetery Green Space is in the municipality of Central Saanich, one of the thirteen which form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. Located on the Saanich Peninsula of Vancouver Island, this green space is part of the church grounds of the St Stephen Anglican Church. The church and cemetery are fenced with a white picket fence and chain link fencing. The green space host several large Douglas fir trees and other coniferous and deciduous trees. The grounds outside the fenced area include a grass covered field with several fruit trees. The church hall is at the end of the fields. This is a great place to walk in your back yard with an opportunity to soak up history of the area.

St Stephen Anglican Church and Cemetery Green Space can be reached from the Trans-Canada Highway, Highway One. Exit on to Mackenzie Avenue to reach Highway 17, the Pat Bay Highway. Continue along Highway 17 to reach Mount Newton Cross Road. Turn left onto Mount Newton Cross Road and follow along looking for the sign for the church the left. Turn onto St Stephens Road to access the gravel parking area. Butterfield Park, Pat Thomson Park and Thomson Place Park are nearby. City busses travel to Saanichton along Mount Newton Cross Road.
