Seabrook Park is in the municipality of Central Saanich, one of the thirteen which form the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. Located on the Saanich Peninsula of Vancouver Island, this park with a playground equipment and a small grass covered area that is surrounded by the neighborhood homes. It is a good place to walk in your back yard.

Seabrook Park can be reached from the Trans- Canada Highway, Highway 1. Exit onto Mackenzie Avenue and follow Mackenzie to reach Highway 17, Pat Bay Highway. Follow Pat Bay Highway to Stelly’s Cross Road exit. From Stelly’s Cross Road turn right onto Seabrook Road. Look for the park to the left between homes 7227 and 7217 on Seabrook Road. There is street parking. The park can also be access from Seamount Close off Seamount Place; park access between 7226 and 7220.
