Harrow Gate Park is in the community of Langford, one of thirteen communities that from the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. The view from the ridge in Harrow Gate Park is worth the steep climb. Located in the Bear Mountain neighborhood of Langford, B.C., Harrow Gate Park is partway up the mountain. It has a ridge at about one hundred and fifty meters from which there is good view of the communities to the east. Arbutus trees are abundant in the nature area of the park. Its lower section, along Harrow Gate, has landscaping with grass and trees. Douglas fir and cedar trees with small shrubs like Oregon grape, salal and ocean spray are seen along the slopes of the hill that makes up this park. Stone Gate Park is on the lower side of Harrow Gate. Alton Lane Park, Setchfield Park, Arngask Park, Bishops Gate Park and Bear Mountain Parkway Green Space are nearby.

Harrow Gate Park can be reached from the Trans Canada Highway also called Hwy1. Turn at Millstream Road and turn left onto Bear Mountain Parkway. Continue along BMP to reach Stone Gate Road. Turn right onto Stone Gate Road and then take the first right to Harrow Gate Road. The park is at the end of Harrow Gate on the upslope side. There is parking along the road.
